I am a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy® Hypnotherapist, currently in the process of obtaining a Clinical Hypnotherapist title. To truly master this powerful method I was also personally trained by Marisa Peer, the founder of RTT®.

Rapid Transformational Therapy® is a powerful method which works with the deepest layers of your subconscious mind. It is a unique hypnotherapy approach which goes straight to the heart of the issue. That means that regardless whether the issue is physical, mental or emotional, we always work with your beliefs.

Through this journey you gain clarity over the real reason of emotional and mental blockages which keep you stuck. Reframe your understanding of the issue. Release pent up emotions. What does the journey entail?

Here are the key milestones in our RTT® journey:

  • Intake Call: We have an in-depth conversation about 1) the obstacles you want to overcome and what is holding you back, and 2) what is your desired result.
  • Session: This is the key step during which we identify the root cause, let go of pent up emotions, challenge and change existing limiting beliefs, and wire in new beliefs which set you on a desired path.  
  • Recording: based on what we discussed in the Intake Call and what came up in the Session, I create a personalised recording for you to listen to for at least 21 days.

  • I will guide you to a deeply relaxing, meditative state in which you will be able to easily access your subconscious mind.
  • You will access your memories (most clients go back to events from their childhood) and experiences that are directly linked to the issue you want to solve.
  • By going through a powerful and RTT® specific questioning technique, you will identify the true reason behind the beliefs that keep you stuck. You will gain a truly deep, permanent understanding of yourself and the thought patterns that have been influencing you and your behaviour.
  • Once the full understanding has been reached, I will help you to permanently change and redesign the old thought patterns that keep you stuck. 
  • Using RTT® tools, we will release the limiting beliefs, let go of the negative emotions and give the power back to you to install positive thought patterns.
  • At the end of the session, I will make a unique, personal recording which wires in the new, positive thought patterns.

How do I prepare for a session?

Your motivation and willingness to make the change happen is key to this process. It’s essential that you feel ready and committed to put in the effort. During our journey together I will be providing you with personally tailored guidance and resources to help you create the change you desire and make it sustainable. The session and the recording act like a catalyst for change and set you on the right path, and ultimately you are in the driver’s seat to push the process forward.       

Beyond that, the preparation is minimal. Whether we conduct the session online or face-to-face, the key is to give yourself space before and after the session so that you can relax and not feel rushed. Especially after the session, give yourself time and space to process, reflect and recharge. A detailed checklist will be emailed ahead of the online session, ensuring your space is free of distractions and technical aspects have been taken care of. 

During the Intake Call we create a vision of the change you want to see in your life. This is a vision which inspires you and gives very clear instructions to your mind about your new beliefs and habits. You will then receive a final version of the recording one day following our session. The recommendation is to listen to the recording on a daily basis, for at least 21 days. 

The mind learns by repetition. Think about wiring in your new beliefs like learning a new language – it is a lot about repetition of new information. You take in and repeat unfamiliar words until they become familiar. The recommended 21 days is a minimal timeframe to ensure that your mind is learning the new concepts and insights and new neuropathways are formed.
